Creating an Account

You will need an account to make and manage bookings within the system.

Instructions

1. Go to https://bookings.snowymonaro.nsw.gov.au/ in your web browser. Click on the “Log In” button on the right-hand side of the menu.
   
   

   

    

2. Click the Register button to go to the Account Registration form.
   
   

   

    

3. Fill in your details and click Register
   
   

   

4. You will receive an email with a 6 digit validation code from the Booka Cloud Identity Server.
   Enter the code into the space provided and click Submit.

   

    

5. Your account will be created when the correct code has been submitted.

You are now ready to make bookings!

• Depending on which internet browser you are using, you may need to log in using your password, or you may be returned to the home screen already logged in.

• If you are still having difficulty after following these steps, or cannot progress past a step for any reason, please lodge a support request using the report issue page previously visited.
